Privacy policy
Your location, identity, and personal preferences deserve clear explanations. Here is how the current Seduce Dating service uses them.
Account and profile information
Email registration asks for a first name, email, and password. Google and Lovable sign-in options are also offered. Account information supports sign-in; your email and password are not shown on discovery profiles.
The profile form requires a display name, gender, sexual orientation, and a selected location to save. Birthday, ethnicity, religion, biography, dating interests, and photos are additional profile fields. Your birthday is used to calculate the age shown in discovery; the birthday itself is not returned to other members there.
Location and city discovery
You can allow a one-time device-location request or select a city by typing its name. Device permission is controlled by your browser. Selecting a city does not require device-location permission.
Seduce Dating stores the selected city and its latitude and longitude when you save your profile. Device location may provide precise coordinates; a typed city uses the selected place’s coordinates. These values support distance calculations and nearby discovery.
Discovery shows your city and an approximate distance, not your latitude or longitude. A displayed distance can still give clues about your location. A separate search city changes the discovery center and distances without changing your saved profile location; it is not saved as a profile field.
The location picker sends typed place names to OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service. When you use device location, it sends coordinates to that service to find a city name. Your browser connects directly to that provider, which also receives connection information such as your IP address. Its own privacy practices apply to those requests.
Ethnicity, religion, and sexual orientation
Ethnicity and religion are optional. Sexual orientation is required by the profile form, but you can hide it. Each of these three fields has a separate “Show on my profile” setting, initially switched on.
When you switch a field off and save, its value is withheld from other members’ discovery results. Filters for ethnicity, religion, or orientation only match profiles that make that field visible. A hidden value is still stored in your account; hiding it is not deletion.
Gender remains visible in discovery. Your “Interested in” choices set the initial gender filter for your own search. Treat identity and preference fields as sensitive, and share only what you are comfortable disclosing.
Photos, likes, and conversations
Your name, calculated age when available, gender, biography, photos, city, approximate distance, and visible preference fields can appear to signed-in members in discovery. Profiles are not limited to people you have matched with.
Seduce Dating stores a main photo and up to five additional photos. Photo links used by the app expire after a limited time; that does not prevent someone who views a photo from saving a copy or screenshot.
Likes are stored to identify mutual matches. A match occurs when both members like each other. The app allows sending messages only between mutual matches, and restricts reading stored messages to the conversation’s participants. Messages and their timestamps are stored to show conversation history.
Service providers and browser storage
Seduce Dating uses Lovable Cloud for accounts, profile records, photos, likes, and messages. Third-party sign-in and the location lookup service receive information needed for their respective features. Google-hosted fonts are also loaded by your browser.
The sign-in system uses browser storage to maintain your session. A complete owner-approved description of cookies, operational logs, service-provider arrangements, processing locations, and any additional tracking has not yet been provided.
Editing, retention, and requests
You can edit your profile, change the saved location, and hide sensitive fields, then save your changes. Removing an extra photo from your profile does not currently confirm that its stored file has been erased. Signing out does not delete your account or data.
The current app has no self-service account-deletion control. A retention schedule, backup-deletion process, and access or deletion request procedure have not yet been confirmed by the owner. This draft does not promise immediate or automatic deletion.
Owner identity, operating jurisdiction, legal grounds for processing sensitive information, and applicable rights must be finalized before this becomes a complete legal policy. See Contact for the current contact status.
